SoloPracticeOS

Privacy Policy

Working draft — will be finalized with counsel before broad launch.

What we collect

Your email and name (for your account), your answers to business diagnostics (practice stage, preferences, budget comfort, goals), the recommendations we generate, tasks you complete, calculator inputs, and assets you build. This is business metadata about your practice — the product has no fields for client names, clinical notes, diagnoses, or session content, and we ask you never to enter them. The inquiry tracker is designed for initials or nicknames only.

How we use it

To personalize your recommendations and next steps, to improve the recommendation engine in aggregate (e.g., which tools work for which practice types), and to operate billing. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your data for third-party advertising.

Where it lives

Data is stored with Supabase (Postgres, with row-level security so only your account can read your rows). Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store card numbers. The app is hosted on Vercel.

Your choices

You can export or delete your data by request, and cancel billing from your account page at any time. Deleting your account removes your personal data from production systems.

HIPAA positioning

SoloPracticeOS handles no protected health information and is not part of your HIPAA-covered clinical workflow — similar to your accounting or website software. Your EHR, communication, and telehealth tools carry those obligations; the product includes guidance to help you choose ones that do it well.
